Managing Director

With 15 years HR experience across the UK and New Zealand, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and skills in this sector. She is responsible for the launch of HRtoolkit as an online resource and personally signs off every document in the HR toolkit library. Lisa’s approach to HR is one of practical common sense and she is continually striving to not only resolve the immediate issue, but also train the managers she is working with to ensure that they are able to do it themselves in the future.  Lisa’s employment law knowledge is extensive, and it is through this knowledge that she is able to ensure any solution is not only legally compliant, but is also delivering the best possible solution for the company.

Lisa has an excellent proven track record. Despite having restructured thousands of people, and made hundreds redundant, she has never had a case go to tribunal.

Lisa’s expertise is achieved through a wide range of skills, experience and qualifications including:

  • MCIPD - Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management 
  • International Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
  • NZQA in Telephone Counselling
  • 2 years’ experience specifically focused on managing strategic restructuring of SME businesses in New Zealand

Dave  is a seasoned  HR professional having held management and consultancy roles over the past  25 years in New Zealand and the Middle East. He has worked across a wide variety of organisations, both in the public and private sectors.

In recent years Dave has specialised  in providing HR consultancy advice and hands-on support to small/medium size businesses in New Zealand. He brings his wealth of experience to support organisations develop the potential of their people and enhance organisational capability through implementation of best practice and pragmatic solutions in the management of human resources and employee relations.  

So, whether you need advice or direct support to deal with individual staff issues, or to manage bigger and more complex human resource matters, Dave is ready, willing and able to assist.

 

HR Manager - Auckland 

Antonia has  11 years of Generalist Human Resources experience with a range of New Zealand organisations, from large corporates,  FMCG and most recently in the not for profit health and disability sector.  Antonia’s experience covers all areas of human resources and she works closely with teams to provide the support that they require to ensure a productive workplace.

Antonia completed her Bachelor’s degree at Otago University, and recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Administration, majoring in Human Resources through Massey University.

HR Manager - Auckland

Melanie is a highly regarded HR professional with an HR honours degree and over 10 years’ hands on experience internal recruitment and HR.  She has supported the HR functions for some of the worlds top consulting companies, having worked at McKinsey and Company in London and Deloitte in New Zealand as well as a range of smaller companies and public sector organisations.  Melanie is excited to be part of the growing team at HRtoolkit and brings with her a wealth of global experience.  She is looking forward to working with HRtoolkit’s diverse range of clients and adding value to their businesses.

 

 Nadeen provides the excellent back of house support to the HRtoolkit team.  She is a consummate professional who has worked in the corporate sector in sales and financial roles both in NZ and the UK. She has worked with large multinational companies such as Vodafone, Merrill Lynch and Chase Manhattan UK.

As a passionate people person, Nadeen was able to fully utilise her highly developed communication skills and is committed to creating a highly efficient and functioning working environment.  Nadeen has also been recognized and rewarded for outstanding work results, with achievements including:

  • “Asia Pacific Award” trip to Hawaii:  Vodafone’s ultimate reward and recognition program.   This award is given to Vodafone out of two thousand staff across New Zealand for outstanding performance during a single year.
  • Winner Customer Operation Supportive award: Awarded to 14 out of 800 hundred employees each year.

These awards came not only through hard work and dedication, but through her love of people, highly proficient organizational skills and exemplary communication.

As well as providing support to HRtoolkit, Nadeen has her own creative business designing and supplying greeting cards and gifts.  And it is this which gives her a great insight into the many challenges and issues faced by people in SME’s.  Nadeen’s main role at HRtoolkit is supporting the recruitment process, and this role enables her to put her love of people into practice and ensure the right people were placed in jobs that had the right fit for their passions, personalities and skills.
