- We stand behind the documentation provided in this website, and we undertake that it is legally compliant.
- Due to the nature of the toolkit, i.e. word documents that you can edit yourself, and advice and guidance that is generic in its nature, the toolkit does not cover all eventualities and we are therefore unable to provide any guarantees around the correct application specific to your situation.
- If you engage us to support you in a hands-on capacity, yes we guarantee that work, and we will advise you of any potential risks so that you have the opportunity to decide what levels of risk you want to take.
- We cannot guarantee that you will not get a personal grievance as that is an employee's legal right, irrespective of what you have or have not done, but we do guarantee to rectify any issues resulting for errors or omissions on the part of HRtoolkit Ltd (or it's representatives) as quickly as possible and at our expense.
- We endeavor to ensure that there are no errors or omissions, but we do reserve the right to rectify any that come to light.
In return you undertake to not use any of the documentation other than as it was purchased as a resource for use in your business. In other words, you undertake to not try to on-sell the documentation, or claim it as your own, or use it in some way other than for the intended purpose.
