  • Preparing job descriptions etc
  • Placing the advert, shorlisting all the applicants, managing the applicant correspondance
  • Conducting telephone screening interviews
  • Face to face interiviews with you and the shortlisted candidates
  • Advising on market salaries, and negotiating with the successful candidate
  • Carrying out reference checks etc
