With isolation protocols now in place many companies will have had to adjust peoples pay.  However, you need to get their written permission to do this.  The following template will help you achieve that. We recommend you define what you are basing any 80% assessment on, and recheck if you made correct assessments on how to pay in light of information that has now come out.  Errors can be corrected, but don’t let them accumulate for 12 weeks.
