Summary Dismissal Letter

This is a template letter which can be used when you are dismissing an employee without notice. Remember to read the notes prior to deciding on summary dismissal instead of dismissal with notice.

Summary dismissal is generally only used for very serious offences such as theft, or violence when it is immediately no longer viable for the person to remain in the business.
