Permanent, Full-Time, Hours Variable Week to Week

This is a template Employment Agreement for you to fill in the blanks. It covers all legal requirements, but it is written in plain understandable English so you and your employee can understand it. This document is intended for permanent employees whose working pattern varies from week to week. Usually in accordance with a roster. Generally their hours will balance out to roughly the same number of hours each week/fortnight/month. However, there may be significant variance from week to week as a result of unusual work patterns such as working eight 10 hour shifts per fortnight, or getting every third weekend off etc. For example, factory workers, or staff working in environments where 24 hour cover is required.
