This agreement is intended for permanent, part-time employees who get paid per hour worked. For these staff a timesheet is generally submitted to payroll to advise how many hours need to be paid each week. For example, retail shop workers who have fairly set days and hours each week but the finish times may vary depending on how busy they are.
