Confirmation of Consultation Letter NOT Redundant

Once you have completed a consultation process for a restructure, even if you have not made the employee redundant it is advisable to confirm the outcome in writing. This also enables you to share with the employee any changes you have made as a result of their feedback, which in turn will help the employee feel like a valued member of the business.
