HR Policies, what you need and why it is important to have them and enforce them

Common sense is the rarest thing, and even though it may “seem obvious” what the “rules” are, misunderstanding about them create huge problems. The HR policies (code of conduct etc) are about having a set of clear commonly understood rules to ensure you minimise problems.
